Therapy
THerapy Fees are as followed:
Sessions are generally 45-50 minutes. All fees are collected before the session begins.
$75 Initial Intake Session
$50 Follow-up Sessions
$100 Initial Intake Session (for weekends or evening availability)
$75 Follow-up Sessions (for weekends or evening availability)
Additional times may be arranged depending on availability. Call, text, or email for requests outside of posted days and times.
If you must cancel, we require a notice of 24 hours in advance. This allows clients on the waiting list to get an appointment in time slots that are available.
If notice is less than the required time frame, then a cancellation fee is charged for the full-service rate to the credit card on file. The fee must be collected before rescheduling.
Do you take insurance?
Currently, I do not take insurance. However, there are several benefits of NOT using insurance.
You do not require a mental health diagnosis to engage in services. Therefore, no labels.
You do not have to only choose from those therapists provided to you by your insurance company, which means greater freedom to choose the therapist that is right for you.
You and your therapist are able to make decisions about the length, format, and nature of your mental health treatment rather than following your insurance company's guidelines.
You have increased privacy and confidentiality. Insurance companies have a right to access your clinical notes and dictate treatment.
